I added two links for videos:
- with the first you can see a "veloce" expulsion of an egg (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n70cC49cMYc)
- with the second you can see a "difficile" expulsion (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7gAD42nbxE) .

Buonasera a Tutti

Hello Seda,

In first sorry for my late answer

For this plant ...

In french we call this plant "rhubarbe". The scientific name is "Rheum rhaponticum and in Italian with the translator of Goggle is "rabarbaro". Can you tell me if this translation is correct :?:

I added two photos: just before the flowering and during the flowering

is the first time that I see the plant, however,I know only the name . is very, very beautiful and ornamental.
but the turtles eat it?
I read that contains high levels of oxalic acid!!

Ciao Seda,

Effectively this plant contains much oxalic acid but the toxicity is relatively low and we can do some jams, compotes of pies with the cooked stems.
The turtles don't eat it but they like to sleep and protect below
